Staff Desk puts your staff office in one in-game screen. Most servers run their staff team out of Discord threads and memory, so reports get lost, nobody knows who puts in the hours, and bans live in someone's notes.
Players type /report and on-duty staff get told straight away. Staff claim the ticket, leave notes for each other and close it with an outcome, and the player hears back both times. Every claim and close is timed, so you can see who answers fast and who doesn't.
Staff clock on and off, and the desk totals their hours for the week. Warnings, strikes and bans live on each player's record. Strikes count toward a ladder you set and expire after a number of days, and reaching a step bans the player automatically. A banned player who tries to connect sees the reason, the end date and how to appeal.
Ranks are ACE permissions, checked on the server for every action. Staff can only act on players below their own rank, and only the same rank or higher can lift a ban. Also, it runs with no framework at all.
